So it’s year end in June. Last year we got a trading update in may, I reckon we’ll get update on trading soon. Considering incoming a orders were double and we’re signing new supply agreements I think things will be looking pretty grand.

I'm thinking we'll get an operational update this month or next so we should see how well the business is doing soon.

Forgot about AGY I seen them present a few year ago in that London. Thought they had real promise, might need another look.

If not I imagine a partner will be announced not long after ema approval.

Why would you wait 9 months to discuss a settlement then settle days before? Why not just do it now?

That’s the whole point of the mediation meeting in September, to settle out of court.

Reading this I’m really struggling to understand why your buying any stock!!! Why not take what you have now rather than wait and see. Who’s advice are you following if not your own??

I'M not trying to scare anyone I'm genuinely concerned. If you don't think there will be one that's fair enough but I cant see a way without one, we certainly won't last until Christmas.

Thats exactly why they will need to fundraise. Every company with an interest will be looking at our financial situation to see if we are vulnerable.

Is anyone thinking a fundraise is due? By my calculations from June last year we would have had around 740K available, including tax rebates and warrants. Thats now 7 months the bank bank must be looking pretty short.
