We've had lots of notifications telling us they are talking to partners, we will only find out who they are when a deal is done.

I suppose you could say the same for 201, we know they were talking to lots of people and them talks continued after the release of the new data. Most of formalities will already be taken care of just a matter of time hopefully a short time.

The anonymous Japanese pharma I believe has had sufficient time to look at 301, I think they were probably waiting on the full data set from 201 to analyse before they make they’re decision on which way to proceed. Most of the deal details will probably already been ironed out. No point in going this far without knowing what it’s gonna cost. We should be getting very close.

My understanding so far is that cpx has submitted why it’s been infringed, Maxwell has asked for documentation and cpx has supplied this. So anyone know what happens next. The ball is now in maxwells court so how long do they have to respond.

I wouldn’t worry about these guys selling they’re just taking out some profit to buy elsewhere, that’s the game they’re in. Nothings changed here, I’ve not been here long but it seems a really good company to me and heading in the right direction.

So cpx file a protective order to protect any documentation they submit to prove infringement then the hearing date gets canceled presumably after cpx have passed over information then the hearing date is canceled not moved to give them time to review the information it’s canceled.

Looks that way. The new shares were issued on the day their holding changed and its been reduced by .2% around £80k. Not a great deal really. We certainly haven’t peaked.

She never said that at all she said she would expect no update on 301 until next year. She has no control over the Japanese companies time line. They could come back tomorrow with an offer

A bit out of my depth but I think She said they didn’t know whether patients were or weren’t but this would or could be something they could look at in the next stage.

Hey Jinky. I pretty much asked the same questions, hopefully they will give more information tomorrow on potential deals and how the Japanese company is doing with 301.. they must have some feedback if they can state that it will be sorted soon, hopefully with a deal.

The longer they drag it out the more it could potentially cost them, if they know they are going to lose and are just dragging it out to see if we drop then we just have to wait until they come to their senses.
