So the fact we were in discussions months ago to settle suggests we wanted more they wanted less and we couldn’t agree they tried to strong arm us with Tesla action but that didn’t work so they went to court and claimed our patent claim’s were not valid. The judge has ruled they are so now we just need the settlement

He might well have had the brains to develop the products but not to run the company, common problem with small companies. He should really have known where his strengths and weaknesses were, if he really was that valuable in the development department then thats where he should've been, let someone else deal with the rest.

I think the prior art you're talking about was the bloke who had some super cap in his garage that he bought years ago from Maxwell before the date of the granted patent. he appeared from nowhere then for some reason Maxwell's legal team was changed, the story appeared again and with a short space of time Maxwells legal team was changed again. Then he was never spoken of again.

That’s not the main argument at all. That was discussed and sorted on Monday morning . We just don’t know the outcome.
