These are salespeople who will go out and sell in their territory. They know the lay of the land. I think it’s a far better move than striking a supply deal with one company from a distance for a new product which we seem to have been doing. These deals might prove fruitful or fruitless. These new guys can approach people they know and either offer a better product or a cheaper alternative. I think it’s a good move as it could provide larger sales faster as they may already be purchasing these types of products.
Mucker suggested without any evidence.
Very probable he bought most of his 3% in 1.3p offer long before news of Tesla countersue action. Genuine buying has all but dried up since which speaks volumes. In my opinion new investors are unlikely to be buying in here in the future unless Tesla withdraws its action, given the related risk of Cap-xx going under.
so I can
He probably bought 3% because his wife wouldn't let him buy 20% because she wanted to use the money for a new House. He knew that Musk had submitted a case against CPX but he knew it was a power play with no substance. In my opinion new investors are waiting until a time closer to the turning point in cpx whenever they think that is which in my opinion will be within the next few months when cpx, with there new CEO and business prospects along with a settlement from Maxwell for multiple millions we'll be posting a profit for FY 23/24
I very much doubt anyone would take over a company knowing it would fail. Musks counter sue won’t have any effect on us for years and Cpx have already stated the claims aren’t warranted. dr Cooley is here to make money that’s the idea.
i think lars has the right idea. he’s just started working for the company and has a lot to learn about it and where he can take it. if he came out on the first day and said where gonna do a,b and c then 3 month down the line he found out we couldn’t do c so we have to do d. i can only imagine the torrent of ****e on this board asking for him to resign, he’s a liar, another false promise bla bla bla.
Wobble if you look at it from the other side this could be great with Cap as he already has a relationship with them he could get a better deal for us for selling them products. I find it hard to believe that he is working for Musk as he has a contract with us and he has certain legal duties that come with that.
