Never understood this quote about being out of this at the weekend. Doesn't matter when you're out of a share. if it goes up and the assumption that something spectacular is going to happen on Saturday and Sunday when most won't be work is pretty stupid IMO.

It goes to trial in December 5 days in court in they don't settle out of court. they've won on the same infringement before with the same judge, different company. they have already been discussing a settlement out of court and Judge suggested this might not even get to court.

They have already been discussing settling out of court so I imagine this will happen could be any day now.

You're right open the share price does reflect what the market says it's worth. but you have to look at the market. Aim is full of customers who don't want to invest they want to buy shares now and sell them in 5 minutes doubling their money. thats why no one is interested, interest will come closer to the court date and the share price will rise and probably quite a bit. The sp will start to grow when the case is over and we see signs that lars plan is working (it already seems to be).
