I don’t understand how they can say they don’t want to get involved in the negotiations when they already have. They stated the deal on the table isn’t a good one and amigo could offer an alternative. In order for them to know what a bed deal is they must have an idea of what a good deal is.

Am I missing something here, the courts approved the scheme the claimants have approved the scheme. The FCA don’t like it but as no rules are being broken it’s really got nothing to do with them. If rules were being broken they would take action but they have already stated they are not.

Will most people be contractually bound to accept the deal? Most people will be going through a group claim with a solicitor on a no win no fee basis. If said solicitor is faced with a situation where he might get nothing for his work he’ll surely have a clause in the contract that states they have to accept what he suggests otherwise they have to pay him themselves.

surely degiro have no exposure to the share unless they themselves buy shares, if you buy shares that's your exposure and your choice. A broker should not be allowed to dictate what shares you buy otherwise you could then blame them if you lose money on another share for not stopping you from buying said share. Seems strange to me

Order book in Jan 2021 was double what it was in Jan 2020, since then we have new agreement to supply Portal and Vaimoo and others in the pipeline with incoming interest exceeding our manufacturing capacity.

Profit easily this year. Maybe an increased production capacity from either a new build in OZ or this new china Link already mentioned.
