Is anything new here? Val have 2 drugs they’ve spent millions on that supposedly work but nobody wants now they’re going to spend 75k testing a new drug to see if they like it then if they do spend millions more and another 5 years getting it into a position to sell if it makes it that far.

Is anyone expecting bad news? Last 6 month of 2020 sales up 26%. February 2021 order book up 100%. And since then we’ve gained 5 new customers and one coming to us for a new product line.

It pretty much tells you what the “fiasco” is in the first few lines. They failed to list the side effects in an advertisement. Typical salesman though you never tell someone the bad things about your product. Unfortunately with drugs you have to.

At the end of the day they have to come to some sort of arrangement otherwise they’ll get nowt. The sceanario is the same we just need to give them an alternative option so they can make a choice. If we can strike a deal and it goes back to court the FCA can have no objection

Has anyone any inkling of when we’ll get some news. Been in here for a year and I first bought the updates seemed pretty regular and upbeat but lately it’s been very quiet.

Surely the company like the UK is it's own legal entity and will always be responsible for it's actions1 they can't absolve themselves from guilt by simply selling the company to someone else, the company is still liable.
