Sales up 25% on same period last year during a 3 month lockdown pretty impressive!!!! We should now be in profit. With the American market being opened under licence this should only increase.

They may well loose the court case but that only means the patent hasn’t been infringed so it doesn’t matter. The idea for any company like Cpx is to continually improve its products and with that comes further patents and possible licences when current one expire. We know we get millions in R&D tax refund every year so we know they are developing new products.

25% of customers have not jumped ship. they stayed with Murata or went elswhere. 75% of customers jumped ship from Murata to us.

This share may drop to 1 p but that doesn't change anything with it what the company is doing and where its heading, if anything it gives the opportunity to buy more shares cheaply, if you don't believe that the company will come good in the next year you should be selling. I believe the half year report will be a game changer for the SP.

Most of the market confidence in a share at this level is never based on whether a share will come good next year or the year after. It's almost always based on will this share spike in the next few weeks based on news due out. As CPX isn't expecting any mindblowing news its not likely to spike so traders take their cash elsewhere. Obviously there are long term holders but they already hold so don't impact the Share price.

Without even reading any of the history or knowing much about the Line deal I know that it costs CPX less to make the products than it did to buy them, that's how its profitable for us. It may have been profitable for Murata but like stated they changed they're strategy. It may not have been profitable enough for them and we probably done them a favour taken the line of their hands otherwise it probably would have been scrapped or sold very cheaply to a dealer. I very much doubt they sold it as it wasn't profitable otherwise they wouldn't have bought it maybe they made a new better production line. Maybe a question for the AGM.

I think the kessler deal will be great for us especially if we win the maxwell case.

I'd rather look at their potential and what they can achieve in the future rather than what they've failed to achieve in the past, I've ran a failing company that wasn't making a profit, its very difficult to meet all you expectations when plentiful funds aren't available. I seen the potential and took a risk which has paid off and that company now makes a healthy profit which allows me to invest here.

I am a football fan actually and I support Sunderland so I'm quite used to have the **** taken as most of my friends support Newcastle. Especially given recent events. Thats totally different to what i'm talking about I support Sunderland because that's the team my dad and grandad supported. I wouldn't change because they are **** I support them because I'm loyal. I wouldn't be here if I thought CPX were **** I'd invest my money elsewhere, why would anyone invest in a company they didn't think would give them a return?

I agree to some extent but rampers generally mention the positive points to the company de rampers always whine and mention the negative points and cast there doom and gloom opinion that the world will end next week. For me positivity is much better you have and better outlook on life and a much happier life. What was that Monty python song????
