Our share price seems to be unaffected by the turmoil in the market, if anything people that are looking for somewhere to invest may see an opportunity here.

I'm not really expecting anything substantial tomorrow, this will probably just reiterate what was said on the 7th July as tomorrow is the end of the first quarter it might be interesting to see if they announce any figures for this hinting towards profit I think they might do this in the investor meeting on 4th October and of course an RNS will appear on Monday or tuesday before that meeting. Given that revenue is expected to increase by 100% over the next year and we only need another say 175k or 12% increase to break even I think its very probable we are already in profit.

We have exclusive distribution rights to all the products outside USA Canada and Japan. I would imagine there is already a market for these products so with our sales infrastructure I’d like to think these are already being sold. None of this revenue is included in the current rating or profit forecast.

Open you’ve been here a long time and been disappointed in the past but I’ve been here 2/3 years and so far they’ve achieved everything they set out to do.

Most aim shares drop on anticipated good news but when they get really news they go up.

I am yes but confident otherwise I wouldn’t invest.

I’ve been here about 2 years and they’ve not disappointed one bit, done ever they said they were going to do.

If they give a nod towards profitability in the next few weeks I can't see this going below 4p again. pleased I got the chance to top up.

We made a loss of 3.1m. spent 2.4m on legal fees so without the legal fees we made a loss of 700k (175K per quarter we need extra). given that revenue was up 31% on last year (14% the year before) and is projected to double this year before we include the extra ioxus products and lithium. I think we'll be touching profit no problem.

We gotta be getting close to profit if not already trading that way. Assuming we no longer have legal fees to pay we need to increase by less than 200k per quarter.

18 month ago we signed the deal with them. As they increase their production our sales will increase

I’m confident of a win, we’ve won before and you have to ask yourself if your company A would you waste your time and money going after company B if they weren’t infringing and if your company C would you give company A money if you didn’t think they were going to win.

Well it’s already been taken to may but I’m not bothered about that and neither should the company its in the hands of the courts and solicitor’s they need to concentrate on the company and making a profit that’s what’s gonna make this share not a win in the courts.
