Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
I spotted the trial had been put back and at first I was really ****ed off but I think it's a really good thing. Based on what They said in the meeting yesterday when asked about the litigation funding. They said this isn't that urgent now as legal fees over the next 6 months until the trial starts will be very small so they can fund. The longer this takes the more we become financially sound so when the trial actually comes round we may not need the funding. If Maxwell are dragging this out to see if we fail it's the wrong move! we are are only getting stronger.
Hey open you of all people know nothing is certain. Nobody can tell the future they can only predict what they think will happens if their plan works. If I told you i was going to be a millionaire next year but I get ran over by a bus and killed tomorrow you'd call me a liar for not becoming a millionaire
Doubt it the court date isn't set until May. What they're delaying is the scheduling order. My understanding is the Judge said right get together and make a schedule of all the things that need done, discovery and expert witnesses etc with timeframes so we can have all this done before the trial in May ( I think basically so there are no more delays to that date). and he gave them a deadline of yesterday to get that done and they asked for an extension. Keep in mind that they were in court and agreed to all of this and yesterdays deadline on the 7th Oct.

It would appear the chancers are slowly leaving. They didn’t make a quick buck on news of a possible settlement or news of profit. Unless you’re planning on selling or the company is planning on raising funds the share price doesn’t matter along as the company is heading in the right direction and building. I’m not planning on selling and given we have 1.6m in the bank and a 2m tax rebate due. Even it we don’t get the legal funding which I think is pretty much in the bag we’re heading for profit next year so I’m pretty confident we won’t need a fund raise. If they decide to build extra production lines in the next year and fundraise for that then that’s a means to an end. Your shares will be worth less but turnover and profit will be higher. All in all I think this company is in the best position it’s ever been in. If I’ve got to wait a year or 2 to see this come to fruition that’s fine. I be also got some money set aside to top up if this sinks further over the next few months. I hope it does., as I strongly believe that this time next year we’ll be sitting on 15p at least.
