I imagine the sticking point would be the settlement figure. They’ve tried to get sales figures for certain areas dismissed. Could also be why they changed legal team twice. I imagine they want a small figure and we want a Large one.

Yes both do. but we obviously filed ours as it was Maxwell that asked for the extension, maybe they were waiting for us to file first. It just seems odd to me that the judge has asked for this, it was due to start proceeding this month then they got the date changed so the judge is asking for this, maybe he's annoyed as to how long this is dragging on for.
