It's interesting to me that we get funding for the case. The court date gets moved to a date months away when there is no reason really, CPX want this over with to save time and money. Now we have a status report due that Maxwell extended. If they were sure of their status why do they need more time. I think they realised we weren't going to back down and now had the funding to chase them, they asked for an alternative court date so they could figure out there situation and decide what they want to do, today is the day. Remember this is their third legal team, why did the first 2 go, I think they were telling Maxwell they can't win so Maxwell changed to stall for time hoping we'd run out of money. all purely my take on things
Ye but the court date is set for May, they aren't expecting profit until next June so I think people are selling to invest elsewhere then they might look back in here closer to that time. especially if they announce a loss in the first half of the year in February.
Flash is this what you're missing.
Due to a very strong last quarter, which depleted the order book ahead of our year-end price increases, combined with a global shortage of integrated circuits and ongoing COVID related manufacturing bottlenecks especially in Asia, the new financial year is expected to be second-half weighted.
Could be a number of things someone needs the money. Someone thinks this share is gonna go down more until we hit profit. I certainly don’t think it’s some one posting duplicate sells as that would be market manipulation and very easy to find out.
If you look at your share over the last month you’re still around 8% up. If the forecasts are correct then this time next year you’ll be up 400% from today. You’ve only actually lost any money if you sold all your shares today and if you sold all your shares on an 8% loss then I’m afraid it’s not me who’s the numpty.
