Hi research it, BEM screwed up big time with the locals. ex-CEO Oliver Sinclair Poulton when asked a question about how something would affect the local people said "what local people?". It alienated the locals and the county administration board (CAB) have turned on them. It even spawned a website whatlocalpeople.se/projekt-kallak. TYM is not BEM. Very different situation. Our CAB are still onside. Sami question already dealt with as the original permit was granted and reindeer herding came second in terms of national interests. The reexaminatiomn of our permit approval is based on Nora karr case decision which, as far as I understand, means we have to extend the environmental impact assessment to include buildings etc that are outside of the permit area but will be used as part of operations. This is a formality imho. LEADING edge which owns the Nora Karr mine had their cancelled permit reinstated in early 2017.

JUst thinking about Ghurayyah and why it might be a strong candidate over other probably higher grade, uranium focused prospects in Saudi. If you think about it they are scaling up their Nuclear Energy capability over 25yrs, so won't need masses of uranium initially. Just enough to power the first two reactors. The taxes generated from the Tantalum project will help to lower project costs as Tantulum now price $150per kg. Hit $270 in 2013 and applications for it increasing all the time... just a thought

I sold at 50% loss at .48 it was my biggest holding and hurt to do it but the way they about-faced on op profitability goal, stopped operations and decided to do some spring cleaning instead was unbelievable and largely unexplained. I'm watching to see if things turn a corner and am concerned the mine is a dud in terms of profitability, hence the ADD-like switch of focus to other sexier assets. I think they need to realise that if they want to pursue the ethical gem strategy that can work but they need to become more than a mining company. They need someone who has a proven history in building a luxury brand using low cost methods via social media. Not just a marketing person. To build d2c business online you need web and brand expertise on the board. Good luck all LTHs.
