Mineralex, any knowledge on this question? I have an idea you see and it's as cunning as a fox who’s just been appointed Professor of Cunning at Oxford University.
What minerals constitute the 'waste' which would go into the TSF?
What are people's thoughts about doing a share consolidation once warrants are done? there are so many in issue now. How do ppl think that would affect sp? Help/hinder?
I think this is a positive sign. He clearly focuses militantly on his priorities, as evidenced by consistent hitting of targets, which means the things higher up his priority list have been done. Why shouldn't he investigate value add for INFA? Re-examining the same problem from different angles sometimes overcomes the most intractable of issues. Staggered Feed v EU funding for example or ousting the BOD... I trust JW. Rare on AIM, but he has earnt it. Let him work.
Chapman, that's him. That's what you get for quick posting while busy at work. #checkyourfactskids
But there is much more to this stock than Celadon when you dig into it. At work now so can't post, but there are many valuable skeletons in this cupboard all waiting to be forensically extracted and repatriated to shareholders. John Scales ex-US Prosecutor of white collar criminals has been put in charge by key shareholders to do just this. He's got history with other AIM companies. Can't recall ticker at the mo, cam?
Cam, If we're talking about Celadon's Chang tan west coal asset (the monster as I like to call it) Didn't the initial purchase (Chinese state enterprise) fall through? Was that 2016 negs? My understanding was this was a new buyer which showed up recently in SPPC filings and presumably started negotiations in 2018? Apols if I've got mixed up. Read alot about this a while ago.
Probably every placing in past 18months has occurred in same way. MAR allows for market soundings from small group of investors (I think depends on your broker rather than how significant your existing holding). Anyway few people find out and price drops according. All legal, bit annoying for those left out in the cold. I like that they've started exactly what money is for. And shows creative thinking on part of BOD to keep to their timeline despite additional due diligence. Re 'insider trading' they announced all the positives re offtake and equity negotiations and number of parties involved. Price reacted. Nothing concluded or guaranteed as the last RNS says. Not set in stone. For me,this placing at 1.2p puts a new floor under the sp. Onwards and upwards. Roll on equity /offtake news.
Hi Chris, same story as you. Bought at .24 and .49. Also not sold any of my 1m yet. Enjoying the ride! Thanks to everyone who contributes to this board. The best BB on LSE imho and the only one with a nautical theme, which we really should embrace more! Some serious and well researched holders/posters. Thanks should also go to Peter Wale! Great shareholder activism to protect his investment!
Tr1 isnt THAT Dr Y Alshamarri (the energy bigwig). I checked. It's a finance/fund guy. Can't find details for him but he's discoverable online. Dr as in doctorate in non science field.

If only there were some way to track these spilled containers... could save the company enormous insurance claims if say another ship ran into one bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-46746312
I'm guessing some Infa money has been moving this way. Lots of investors in both. Gotta love a gov backed infrastructure project in times like these... Please don't remind me of my failures, I've not forgotten them.
As you were
with shares, but I think I'm falling for INFA. It's been a rocky couple of years, but she could be 'the one'. A real keeper. Don't tell the wife... Have enjoyed today and look forward to tomorrow. Fwiw I wouldn't be surprised if one of the instis are back on the scene e.g. L&G or AXA

Merry Christmas from the other Investor!
Can see this going from strength to strength even in tough economic times due to strategic importance to Ireland, N.Ireland, UK and EU. I am holding Looooooong term as I can see this becoming a beautiful little company. Pre requisition days when Danawinner was on here talking it up seem like such a long time ago now. It's been a tough hold. Different company now. Completely turned around. Loving it. Will attempt to trade around core and build my stake. Right, I'm off to sing a sea shanty...
Probably a placing BUY opportunity coming up too which may explain the drop today.
to take advantage of this drop. This is how I'm playing it - excuse the primary school style storytelling... This is a hurdle (BUY). We either clear it (legal arguments win out) or bash through it (move the tailings facility). Then we get permit reapproval (SELL). Then there's an appeal (BUY). Then appeal is defeated and we see mother of all rerates (SELL).
