Suggests that headset sales picked up significantly in the last qtr of 2018 for both the Go and the PSVR

Go selling 550,000 units in the qtr
PSVR selling 700,000 units in the qtr

Sales for both PSVR and the Go rose significantly

Samsung Gear and Occulus Rift languishing at around 150,000 units each per qtr

Total sales of all headset seems to be around 1.5 million per qtr

I would suggest that the Go sales figures are quite good considering that it is a non game device
To keep pace with the PSVR is an achievement

Even though they seem to have found the Twttier button today, there has been no consistency with the artists making the effort to market via this media.

Some do, some don't.

Perhaps the artists have too much money !

But have to say that the price is holding really firm in its trading range of 3.95 to 4.4p.

If you do Google Trends for "vr concert" then you will see that France tops the list for the most interested region

Closing the short;

It is always possible that they have already purchased the shares to hand back in order to close.
Otherwise I guess 1 million a day to not cause a price rise - so 13 days
or buy at 2 million a day for a 3p to 4p rise.
or close in one day for 10p rise.

I am sure that they have it all planned, and they have sufficient information to time everything perfectly (from their point of view)

If you look at the age of the crowd in The Street video you can see it is in a sweet spot for MVR

Not dominated by old wrinklies that will never buy into VR
Not dominated by young kids that have no money

The forthcoming Occulus device is not the Quest, but rather something known as "The Vera Duckworth"

"The Quest" is a mere fabrication by colluding rampers and does not exist, the mere name itself indicates this, as a Quest invariably ends without succes after a long fruitless pursuit, whereas 'The Ducky", as the new headset is expected to become known by the afficianados will clearly sell by the bucketload.

Dianne Abbott has been consulted and provided confirmation that there are indeed sales predictions, quoting the number eleventy millousandred as the initial projection.

Meanwhile, in the real world......

I believe that all the Apps released on the Basic Rift will be/can be can be ported across to the Quest

So the Quest will come with a large library of proven Apps which means that it will be an attractive option to the basic Rift and could become the go to headset....... with MVR front & centre.

Puddin - it will only be a joke if the Quest is launched at the F8 developer conference and Mr Zuckerberg stands in front of some other Concert/Gig App - so not MVR's App and not MVR's App with a Facebook badge on it.

The sp can withstand almost any other eventuality, including non-launch by MVR with the quest.

I think this RNS just underpins the sp

Maybe Merian realise that their Goose is cooked

Have to say I don't understand Merian position. They could have closed out at 3.5p or so and made a good wedge. Now they have to wait for less than 3p to make the decision to wait seem worthwhile, as they would look a bunch of idiots closing out now. Oh for a significant RNS and a bit of "let's have a look at what you would have won"

Themis - marketing is not about enabling people to connect to your product, I thought you knew this.

These trades at exactly 100,000, 200,000 or 250,000 both buys and sells have been going on forever.
I can't imagine if it is stake building or disposal as they would have been done by now as 10's of millions of shares have been traded this way.

I can only conclude that one or two people are trading at around £8K to £10K at a time and are happy to make a few percent every day or two.

My particular set of skills and expertise at this type of narrow range day trading is to buy high and sell low !!
So I would not reccomend it.

Just checked back to look at Post Malone's video on MVR's YouTube channel and there was an advert at the beginning for an Avengers movie, so it's official MVR is now generating revenue !

There is now nearly 600,000 views of MVR's video, ok so not comparable to the 988 million views of his "congratulations ft quavo" video, but a considerable number nonetheless
