Postman you are probably right at 4.9 I just remember in the first hour yesterday it was up or there abouts close to 5pm ... so why does google show this and LSE do not? I have noticed this inaccuracy on the LSE charts on other shares I have held. 💁‍♀️

This is something that I have always found rather strange ... interesting to accusations before I am jumped on ... merely interesting.

LSE do not show the spike to 4.80 yesterday on their five day/week share price chart ... yet google do show it very clearly of no significance to those of us watching but to new investors could be misleading.

Thoughts anyone?

Shirley, in answer to your question regarding the worth of Whitespace. From Whitespace website they already have sizeable Government and NHS contracts therefore I would suspect they are worth a fair bit just on the back of their IP. Reading the new Defence Holdings prospectus there is reference to raising 30 million in May next year .... I have wondered if that is what this money is for? Just a hunch, nothing more.

Brighty, I totally agree that the goal is probably an RTO of Whitespace. I have long thought that whilst they have the technology that our Government and MOD want it would not be seen as a politically correct move to invest millions of pounds into a privately owned company in Belfast ... there is too much historical unrest and some would say that it still lingers on (sadly).

Reece, whilst I agree that one 2 million pound contract would not justify this mcap reading the RNSs and the various interviews of both Whitespace and Defence Holdings they have repeatedly stated that the contracts and products are ongoing. If we were getting many many continual contracts of a few million the from a business perspective would that mot be better than a big hit one off contract (which is not what I think that it will be).

Either way I do not think Lord Houghton is joining them for tea and biscuits and to put hims name to a company with one 2 million pound contract .... just my opinion, many will have differing ones.

Mining, yes I have always thought that there will be a full integration with Whitespace. My reasons are many however one of the main ones is that feom a political perspective the Government would rather be seen to be investing in British PLC than a orivate company in somewhere that can still be politically sensitive like Belfast. I think a planned integration was the reason a shell company was sought and found.

For example IMM went from 1.7p to 17.2p in a matter of weeks only very recently, that was mad as no where near the calibre of team behind them or the product collaborations with M7 (Google).

This is not mad at all. I have watched so many aim companies (and we are main market) power on with 100 and 200% ridiculous rises day after day with nothing remotely like Defence Holdings has to offer. Shares are becoming thin on the ground and sp is directed by supply and demand. I don't see a ceiling for this, particularly with google collaboration confirmed and the the collaboration with MOD.

Potentially the UK Palantir and sooner than we think.
