The RNS was missed by the market yesterday because the title was Circular and AGM, most retail bypass those if not invested which says to me the institutions were attempting to keep it quiet for now.

By Monday ... just look at Finnu, SWC etc on IP there are so few shares here.

They know what the shares will be worth - that is why. The MCAP here is currently ludicrous. Finnu Bank nearly 6 times this Mcap on nothing ... the rise here will be expodential.

Press coverage over the weekend without doubt ... how can the first Digital London Bank not.

Yes and a Government grant for the lithium, I am in no doubt they will get a Government grant to be first digital London bank ...

So disappointing, the timing of the raise and subsequent negative sentiment looks to have killed this - why could they not have waited and allowed shareholders to benefit from the hype into the auction?

I am out for now but will watch carefully.

This discussion board has certainly degenerated today. For goodness sake the Company still has less than 200 million shares in issue and a tiny Mcap. I could understand this reaction if they had billions of shares in issue and were diluting shareholders into oblivion. What I commend the company for doing is safe guarding the shareholders position by not making the company cash vulnerable to the IP being offered peanuts by a Tier 1.

I am out of here until this consolidation and or additional placing all settles down, or there is positive news ... was all a bit flakey in the RNS yesterday.

The placing is a shrewd move and leaves them in a positive negotiating position moving forward with a Tier one. A small amount of shares still in issue despite the placing.

Everyone is focused on the leather/skin/handbags.

The Cornea grant for veterinary products is also another string to their bow, the pharma veterinary market it huge ... and whatever else they have up their sleeve. Their website is very impressive.

Is this going to be like IMM and climb all the way to double figures ... looking that way.
