Defence Holdings will not fail to be noticed by the people that really matter ... the next couple of days should be interesting, Americans are far more pro micro stocks after all they were the ones that gained from the huge surges of Palantir, Oracle, Microsoft, Google etc to name just a few of companies who had astronomical rises to success and of course those are some of the many that we are currently working with.

Thank you Muldoon, I just asked Google to convert and they must have just rounded it up to nearest pence.

OTC in USA closed at 0.0485 which converts to 4p in pounds - does that mean we will open at that on Monday, sorry I probably should know but don't as I have never been invested in a dual listing where they are at different prices.

The Company is now working on the appointment of US-based investor relations and market-making representatives to support North American shareholders and ensure orderly market development.

America will love this stock, they are far more pro micro tech companies and particularly those such as Defence Holdings who are already working with the majors .... exciting.

Ian , with due respect your first post here claimed that you had been 'sitting on the sidelines' thinking of investing here. Therefore one could assume you would have already seen the countless threads on your topic of being unable to buy on certain platforms? You would of course have come across those threads as part of watching from the side lines and due diligence?

Like me I am sure some found it rather odd that you would post on a subject that has already been covered and exhausted here on countless occasions.

If there is an offer on the table part of that offer more often than not is that existing senior directors retire/resign/go ..... would explain why existing Directors are keen to get the funding through as they keep their jobs.

Nothing stopping Nugent or anyone else buying copious amounts on the open market. Personally I think GDR should not have released that RNS as shows that they are a bit spooked by him and will just encourage others to exercise an alternative way to gain more control.
