I dont think there are many shares available, for the first time I have had negotiated order only from Lloyds for a top up - yet they will take my entire holding well over the bid.

Personally I think Renx will be taken over way before break even figures become relevant. They had offers on the table last year that were above the current SP ... they are way ahead now in terms of global approvals and the recent AI collaboration. The only way for the major pharmas to remotely compete would be a buy out and it will be way above where we are now. Unlike some of the investors here the large Pharmas are interested in revenues further down the line and those revenues will be astronomical.

Purely my opinion for what it is worth.

I do not know how anyone can view the figure in a negative light. By comparison HEMO and IMM who seem go have a mass sentimental following have ZERO revenue other than that from continual raises. RENX have actual income yet the other pharmas are at 2 and 3 times RENX market cap ... which is nonsense.

Probably because they have none to sell, if you read the RNS re the raise that they did they stipulate professional investors only - am I right that II are one of a couple who lend out your shares for shorting?

Harris, the prospectus deals with placing anticipated May 2026 ... hardly 'looming'. There will be a great deal announced before then and I doubt very much the sp will be languishing at these levels, indeed it would be virtually impossible to commercially raise 60 million without some extreme meat on the bone.

That is an untrue representation of yesterday's RNS. Indeed clearly stated in that RNS was that Edwards and Ronjon would continue without taking salary, the increase is to ensure they can recruit staff as the company expands its IP and into US listing ...
