This is the third time you have posted your 'cautious' deramp sentiment since 02.00 hrs, you have been heard. GDR unfortunately had the wrong team at the helm with ridiculous cash burn, yes shareholders have lost out myself included albeit I managed to get out before the ridiculous all time lows.

Most here are able to weigh up their own personal risk appetite and much as your cautious sentiment may be valid, it does not have to be constantly repeated as it could then merely be viewed as intentional de ramping.

However, thank you for airing your concerns albeit most investors are doing their own due diligence.

Paul, I am not normally comfortable divulging my holdings but in light of the huge swings this week think whatever information retail investors can glean can only be useful to others.

I bought in initially at 0.35 and again 0.6, I top sliced at around 1.90 (I have financial commitments that I need to honour, I would have rather not topsliced). I then bought more this week at 1.40 and 1.30.

It has been quite a rollercoaster and hope things settle down a bit next week, not good for the old ticker!

Thank you some very valid and interesting points raised. I believe DF has been created purely to get already existing technology to the MOD not as a company hopeful of developing something.

This morning I re read the prospectus over my coffee and as is always the case when perusing a document with more information certain statements stood out more.

One such statement in the prospectus jumped out this morning which was reference to expanding their 'already' existing patents ... which leads me to believe more and more that DF ducks have been in a row for many months if not a year. They are merely now executing a long thought out plan. The calibre of appointments have not come to fruition in the last few weeks/months ...

This has all been thought through, planned for some considerable time and is being executed with military precision (no pun intended).

Paul, absolutely not there has been no problem with buying on Lloyds as I said only a couple of times it took five or ten minutes to get a quote but 95% of the week no problem ....

I use Lloyds/Halifax and have had no problem getting buy or sell quotes. I often ask for them as it gives a live price and the prices quoted here are often a little behind in real time. There were a couple of times this week when I was unable to get a buy quote but if I persevered within 5/10 minutes they gave me one, I just think there are not that many shares available and what becomes available is heavily bought as shown in all the large trades after hours each day this week.

Caine, I found this section interesting in the RNS of 29th May whereby 60% of shares were being allocated and the offer closed on the 30th a mere 24 hour window - the RNS states:

Fortified is authorised to market to professional and sophisticated investors pursuant to its FCA regulated authorities. Shard is acting as Placing Agent for the Fundraise.

The platforms that have have not been selling any shares may not have had any/many allotted therefore can buy only to accumulate, perhaps this was strategy prevent it becoming a traders share when you look at the phrase 'professional and sophisticated investors' - of course just a hunch but if you are trying to build a future FTSE and attract funds from Government then I think they would try to prevent creating a company that has huge daily swings in it's share price?

I find the number of comments regarding the £60 million raise frustrating, the collaboration with Whitespace (which is under Defence Technologies) all this and more is in the prospectus and the numerous RNS's. If people who are, or are not invested want to make negative comments or allude to negative speculation could they first care to refer to said prospectus and RNS's as the answers to all the questions are contained therein.

Paul, to raise £60 million there must be huge share and invoice value ... that in itself speaks volumes about where this is going. The 'raise' of course could also be from the host of Government Defence grants.

MTSJ, with respect the word 'conjecture' is hardly appropriate. The collaboration with a Mag 7 was clearly stated by RNS, albeit DF were understandably restricted in that they could not name which one.

Colin, I should imagine they may well be able to say more now that Google have made the announcement .... this explains why the RNS stated that Defence Holdings were subject to disclosure limitations.

James, Mrex and Peel on the bid and ask and they are notorious for holding back .... this is main market and eventually they will not be able to.

The order book is looking strong. The last couple of days with enormous spikes have been extreme while MMs try and create an 'orderly' market. Hopefully we will get some recovery today. However as an investor for the long term I would far rather see a steady weekly rise of a few percent ...

This is main market and to build a potential FTSE defence company huge volatility is not in the company's interest or shareholders. EEE for example was a few pence just over a year ago and last week had enjoyed a slow steady climb to 70p - that is the building blocks of a solid company not daily 100% volatile swings.

For those interested I use Lloyds and have had no problem getting either buy or sell quotes in the last few days when others have struggled. This morning however I can sell £10k but I cannot get a quote to buy £10k ...
