When you consider Imm has more than double the MCap and they are no where near Renx in terms of commercialisation or approvals it is staggering that this is so low.

For what it is worth being quoted 8.2 to sell a large holding but cannot buy a bean. The prices being quoted on here are inaccurate

Do the derampers and spreaders of doom really believe that someone of Ronjon calibre get up in the morning and run a business of whims .... this was planned before he even found an appropriate London listed shell, of course he was going to list in America. That is where all the big hitting techs are based and where R42 are based. This has all been in the planning, the person who invented and sold Blackberry are not interested in having a tin pot little company with spares at fraction of a penny - he is going to go big league as he always has.

Alboum, nothing cryptic at all. Not alluding to anything just stating fact and it is extremely rare that I ever have difficulty buying quantity through Lloyds Halifax ... virtually never, when other on other platforms have been unable to purchase for example Alrt for days on end.

Well for what it is worth I have just been quoted 0.282 to sell a large holding way above the stated 0.25 current bid. I also was unable to get a quote to buy the same amount.

Wonga, ordinarily I would agree with you regarding voting for an increase in renumerations. However, the consolidation, the OTC listing and the influx of huge investment into UK AI makes me wonder if there is more to all this?

To attract the right calibre of people if there is to be large expansion or collaboration they need to be able to pay them accordingly.

I am going to e mail Capai with a few questions regarding this particular point.

Can you imagine the publicity that the American market will give Ronjon and R42 when they list in America, they are already a hugely respected entity in the Silicon Valley and it will be the first time that American investors can get on board. The leverage to Capai's profile will be enormous.

I think all in the RNS points toward Ronjon building something far greater than we currently are. R42 are in Silicon Valley and at the moment only private investors can be a part of that, an American listing will give this great guns with Ronjon's history building Blackberry and his many other accolades.

The consolidation will also allow funding from large institutions without borrowings that lead to never ending dillution.

This is a discussion board for Capai investors and potential investors not an avenue to enable you to ridicule members on what are or are not their beliefs. A thoroughly toxic individual and disappointed LSE does not stamp on such behaviour.

I think that I worked out the warrants are approx 2% of total shares, could someone with better arithmetic confirm? Yes and as Colin rightly points out they may not sell immediately, however even if they do they should churn through with ease ... particularly if DF time another positive RNS with their usual military precision 🤞

Just woken up this morning to see the board hijacked again by all Stockmaiden's continued negativity and endless supposed questions justifying the continual de ramps. From that I shall conclude that Stockmaiden has still not read the prospectus or all the RNSs as with a little research they could answer their own questions without boring everyone here to death by endlessly labouring the same points.

I value all discussion on a board and in my time investing have only ever filtered one person - the dreaded Sharabel. Having already politely requested yesterday that Stockmaidens points had been noted and could they refrain to allow some constructive alternative discussion. Unfortunately it would appear StockM has awoken with the same vigour as yesterday, therefore it is with regret that I will now press the filter button.
