High Energy, we have been told that the products (so far we have been told of this first one) have been done in collaboration with one of the Magnificent 7. That has been RNS'd and as main market will be absolutely true, however as this is about defence and security I cannot see us being told which one as surely hackers or anyone wanting to disrupt this new technology would be given too much information? Just my thoughts.

There is a limit when working with the MOD as to what information can be made public.

Veteren, the warrants are 2% of the issued shares ... hardly to be concerned about to build a team and something of this calibre.

ADW, this is not Aim clearly you know so little about Defence Holdings you are not even aware of what exchange they are listed under.

I am not so sure that there will be an RNS today or even tomorrow. We have already been told about two contracts with the MOD and that they are showcasing one of them at the expedition. We have also been told that the details of the contract are confidential, obviously as this is Defence technology for the MOD.

James, there was nothing sneaky about the warrants - read the prospectus it is all in there. 2% in warrants it is absolutely nothing.

Yes I too bought through Lloyds this morning in small tranches as the sp went down. Twice though I could not buy albeit was successful on trying 5 mins later.

I think that Brokers are short of stock and they are not supposed to sell stock that they do not have.

2 million 'flooding' the market .... it is 2% of the total shares!

They are only 2% dilution ... absolutely nothing particularly with the two MOD contract announcements due, I am glad that they have been exercised early.

My opinion for what it is worth is that people of that calibre (virtually the whole team and execs) do not join a company that is merely looking to compete in the egg and spoon race.

What are peoples thoughts on the timing of imminently? The whole planning and execution of this Company must have been planned for quite a considerable time if they are saying there are TWO agreements to be announced with the MOD?
