Saving the time that it would ordinarily take to apply for a main listing PlC from scratch - circa 1 to 2 years.

Dukemount has NOTHING,to do with Capai other than 'shell'.

There is a Capai website that explains that our Government and Oxbridge universities have developed a system for EU regulation of AI systems ... that has been niggling at me for a few months particularly that they share the same name?

Like many just thoughts on possibilities.

Lesh, so gracious of you to apologise but not sure that it is necessary or that you should judge yourself so harshly. All that are doing due diligence and their own research will have been down many rabbit holes.

The Dr has many many irons in many fires and at the moment we await with excitement what his plans are - an RNS could land at ANY moment. I hold onto his comment in the RNS that stated he plans to be 'THE' biggest AI company in the UK.

Patience is all that is required.

Parkez, with respect three days for a response is nothing. Your e mail will have been picked up by admin/secretary and placed in the medium priority in the day to day running of Capex, if you were waiting three weeks then by all means that would be concerning.

Warrie, I have reported 'Warrei'.

I find these boards difficult enough but if now posters are attempting to clone others usernames it becomes rather sinister.

The lack of policing of the boards by LSE has been a concern of mine since I joined but this takes it to another level if it goes unchecked by LSE.

Dropping it down to get someone's large buy order .... same as yesterday, however when it was .28 they cancelled it and put one in at 0.20 🙄

Having found the pull back painful I am also confident. All has been planned here for months, since Edwards (a top tier accountant) and his wife secured voting rights in Dukemount in order to create a shell PLC for our new Dr Ron.

We await news soon. This coincides with the end of the tax year. Many are taking profits to off set losses and visa versa .... however most also have tax free investment opportunity come 5th April.

I am holding and feel confident that all of this has been very well thought out.
