Morning Mornington, I completely agree. I find it hard to stomach those that have so obviously sold out or majorly reduced their holding to return to the board spouting negativity. They know who they are and were last week ramping like crazy.

The rise has barely begun as the main announcements as to what is in store have as yet not been RNS'd but there were big clues in the RNSs so far and it has been as good as spelt out to us, there were some huge statements in the RNS yesterday - which should not be taken lightly.

The MMs pulled this back down 28% at its lowest point yesterday only to start increasing in the afternoon to eventually finish plus 44% ...

Abby, I am with you there with nerve holding! I came into this last October when Edwards and his wife put so much into a shell .... they put so much of their own money in I felt that shell had to be for something fairly meaningful. However holding my nerve today with that big drop after the AGM?!

I still think now that the licence has been formally accepted that there will be a JV with a major, this is the fourth largest helium discovery in the world. Talks will have been ongoing for months - I do not think HE1 ever had any intention of going this alone.

I appreciate the majority of the AGM will just be signing off on the contents of the latest RNSs and I dont expect any real announcements until Wednesday after Dr officially joins the board. The word 'the' leading UK listed company is significant, they are not even aiming to be one of but 'the' .... huge statement to make and they are main market not Aim so RNS releases are legally scrutinised much more so than Aim who merely pay a Nomad to sign it off.

So the rise we have had is despite Adrian selling down his holdings? He has held those way back into Dukemount Days.

I hazard an educated guess that it has been a condition of the Dr that those holdings are taken down to a non influential level before the Dr takes his official place on the Board.

Good news. A clean PLC shell should be exactly that.
