I have held this since the Patent/Court case lifted and truly think that this is a terrific investment opportunity with products that speak for themselves, with all the recent distribution agreements this year will see huge increase in sales.

However I have also thought for months that any rise is being sold into and the share price depressed.

Good luck with that, but they are not under any obligation to release those figures to you. I certainly would not if I were running a business. There are justifiable reasons that that kind of information is released by RNS with end of Yr etc particularly for a listed company.

Basil, I quite agree. Air Liquide are the very company that has the technology that we are going to use (separation of the gases at source for uplift at source to the end user).

None of the developments will have gone unobserved. The Helium from just the first well at Galactica is over 30% more than anticipated - this does not come as a surprise. Lorna is an excellent geologist and DD will have been done before we farmed in. Blue Star's sp rose 30% and has held, I personally feel HE1 should consider share consolidation and then perhaps we can leave the sp shenanigans behind and start building fair value into this share.

That is of course if a JV by the majors that you mention doesn't happen first, which is highly likely.

Crusty that figure was a deliberate deramp to scare new investors. I bought in just days before his chosen 'quoted' figure and am very glad that I have held throughout the nonsense on this board. I initially bought ten million shares and still hold over half that.

This was covered at the AGM and Lorna explained that the Tanzanian government did not want it published until such time as they agreed, I would imagine anyone negotiating a JV etc would not be too keen either to have that information in the public domain until heads had been agreed.

Absolutely Chain, having researched the journey of Li cycle they expanded disproportionally (the figures are mind blowing, billions) before revenue and tried to be all things. The separating of the black mass is best left to others. I think Glencore being aware of the difficulties with Li Cycle are getting their alternative ducks in a row ... Li cycle loss is TM1 gain.

What wonderful news, after months of berating by many saying there would be no licence. They will as already stated 12 months ago been in talks with potential JV partners, as many have said Blue Star Helium was the correct route not only to have a footing in America where there are many more wells still to be drilled but also security if the ML in Tanz had not materialised.

Robin, has been involved for years in Government legislation as has University of Birmingham and University of Warwick both universities we also collaborate with - I am not sure regarding the latest presentation to House of Lords, however there are plenty of others on line which will demonstrate how Robin ensured that he was involved from conception of TM1 to being involved in influencing the changes to legislation. https://committees.parliament.uk/oralevidence/13749/html/

The above is the reason that TM1/recyclus have been engaging with Government bodies in order to be prepared and ahead of new regulation. What is interesting regarding the new battery passport system is that they will be required to use a percentage of recycled minerals in order to meet new legislation. Hence why Glencore are purchasing and securing their future recused minerals, the new legislation is at the core of TM1 business model.

Delving deeper into the new legislation and what was discussed in Wolverhampton yesterday was also that it soon old batteries in entirety cannot be reused as they will not have a passport nor traceability. All battery manufacturers and retailers whose products contain batteries must provide a system where customers can dispose of and return the batteries to them at end of life - this is where the Libox comes into the equation as the returned batteries will need to be safely contained for uplift and recycling without posing a fire risk for retailers, car dealerships etc
