Gold prices have increased approx 80% since last summer, therefore GDP predictions on sales will be blown out of the water which they alluded to in the recent RNS ... I cannot find much information on Brazil which they also alluded to getting up and running, does anyone have more information on this?

Some pretty large buys going through and much larger volume than we have seen for quite a while!

With what has been stated within the news this evening then I should imagine the Government will not be wanting to be seen brokering deals with Palantir or certainly now would wish to distance themselves from any agreements brokered last February when Mendalson introduced Starmer to Palantir?

Could be indirect good news here?

I personally feel that it should become illegal for a listed Company to post an RNS one day with supposed fantastic new and the very next day a placing RNS. This is a blatant move to spike the share price for an already intended and signed off placing. Complete manipulation of the markets and shareholders. I appreciate that it is common practice but it should not be allowed. There should be at least a week required between news and placing to try and prevent such manipulation and safeguard new investors.

Many thanks for your concise synopsis that certainly helps to explain. Still seems to be a fairly solid micro cap paying dividends and I am encouraged that Hargreaves Lan and other large institutional investors have fairly major holding here.

Could any of the LTH here please explain on the fundamentals why this share has such a low sp? Is there a historical reason that I am unaware of as to why this share is languishing at this price, there are complete non producers with 5 x this mcap let alone this company who is producing, is in profit and paying dividends?

I am wading through all the historic RNS but as yet cannot fathom why, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The placing and drawdown facility was done back in November ... does anyone read RNS's?

Schlumberger have validated the resources run to 10s of billions, I suggest this is why they were so readily able to raise £25 million ...

This is Main Market not Aim the announcements legally have to be much more heavily scrutinised before release, as someone already said HE1 went to £100 million mcap with nothing like non dilutive funding in place. The broker note speaks for itself.

I personally do my own investments through Llyods Share Dealing account, have never had a problem buying or selling DH. My eighteen month old Grand Daughter has a junior Isa with Hargreaves Landsdown which was opened 6 months ago. When I enquired of my daughter regarding holdings HL had already allocated part to DH which I found interesting.

Warrie, can you please remind me if it was Jack Allerdyce's wife who sold shares in DG Innovate without declaring them? I was invested there but managed to get out before any losses ... thankfully!

My thoughts for what they are worth is that the timing of this £10 million funding is significant. Firstly no one would fund that kind of money if there were not major contracts in the pipeline and more significantly to secure major contracts with MOD and Government bodies a business has to prove that it is liquid and has the necessary cash flow.
