Yes and because of that share prices never gain any traction on Aim or maintain an upward trend. The amount of day traders will ultimately destroy Aim markets, predicted to be by 2028. Companies cannot sustain any true value therefore when they have to raise funds it is at ridiculously low levels .... everyone has a right to make money as they see fit but investment is what Aim companies need and day trading is not investing.
Stockpedia has the majority of Aim as sucker stocks, high risk and potential high reward as has been proven both ways by previous Aim stocks.
If you are concerned suggest you invest in Ft 100 and you will find Stockpedia will give you the recommendations that you wish for.
It would appear recently Cannmax are also losing patience with GR and that is another very worrying sign. Indeed I would hazard a guess they too would be far more confident with someone new at the helm.
As for GR's success?
The proof is in the pudding so to speak, one of the biggest global resources and a Company being driven into ground by complete incompetence. Even to wait until three months late with an order to discover that elements of the plant were not functioning as expected. The plant has been being built for a year ... each element should have been being tested continuously as it was being built.
Ridiculous situation, you just have to look at GR to see he likes the good life .... he looks twenty years older than his years and I doubt that is stress, too many bottles of red over lunch perhaps.
Nothing fundamentally has changed, the resources are still in the ground. GR gone if nothing else would reignite shareholder confidence and certainly way more new investors, lack of shareholder and public confidence is now having a huge impact on Premier. The best RNS we could receive at the moment is that he would do the noble thing and step down.
Ignore Beesty, he did the same to me on another share yesterday and here he is using a different C word and accusing you too of 'not being invested'.
I would love to not be invested in some holdings, wouldn't have to worry so much ... he is completely delusional and as to thinking he knows what investments any individual (who is a complete stranger to him) does and does not hold is nothing short of psychotic.
Wish you the very best with whatever investments you hold.
I thought Nomads were meant to be in place to ensure the timely accurate filings, surely they too have to be accountable. How they can be allowed to retrospectively file such important information during Court process makes an absolute mockery of Aim
Buyers will want to take discussions to Sep/Oct as the then average year price will be sooooo much lower (sadly)! The share price dropped considerably last Sep/Oct 2023.
If an offer is not to come for many months we could do with some of those rampers! 😂
Look at the huge number of tiny value blue trades to prop up volume/supposed number of buys when actually there are far more sells. Feeble unsustainable attempt to artificially prop up the sp. Who actually has the time to put all those £10 value orders through ...🙄
Since the RNS was released a remarkable amount of buy trades - all for £10 or so, wonder what would have happened to the Sp without all those 'buys'.
The London Stock Exchange is becoming a Global ridicule and today is an example of why.
As a new investor one purely had to click the link to Director Deals on this forum. George has been 'selling' huge quantities of shares continuously for the past year, whilst share holders held and kept faith. This position that George holds and abuses is about his lifestyle .... nothing to do with making a success of this company.
I should have trusted my instincts, thankfully I got out relatively financially intact this morning however others will not have been so lucky - that is except for Mr Roach.
I am no longer a share holder but those that are should be pro active in voting him out.
This Company should have been one of the most successful on Aim - hopefully it still can be, when the dead wood is removed.
Whywastime,
I could not agree more, please see my earlier post. GR and his history of mis managing this discovery for such a long period of time was the sole reason that I was hesitant to invest at all - Acker in particular seems 'sentimentally attached' but to continually condone so many errors of judgement and worse to be so slow to act or accept responsibility means that I would not consider re investing in this company until George was removed.
