Contrary to the most recent post here, I completely disagree.
As a relatively new investor here, I prior to investing read the back story and the one thing that made me slightly nervous about investing was the performance and reputation of George Roach.
A Company can only be as good as the person who leads it. All the encountered problems should and could have been circumvented much earlier. In interview he has the appearance of an expat enjoying life not someone committed and that has been further emphasised with is inability to update shareholders in a timely manner or indeed take himself to Canada when the entirety of this project hung in the balance.
Shareholders should vote him out, this Company needs fresh younger legs at it's helm.
I for one will only consider re investing when I see how this latest fiasco is dealt with and if there is any possibility of a BOD restructure.
Personally I feel to have purchased our own rig at shareholder and enormous expense to then hire it to the competition would be beyond foolish. There has been a race on between Noble and HE1 to commercialise their resources, yet they would in essence give Noble a head start and then hope to have a workable rig back?!
Beyond risky in my humble opinion.
Clearly today HE1 entered day traders paradise and sadly the endless day trader churning of shares (facilitated by MMs), has sadly well and truly taken hold. This board and the equally endless ramping and deramping does nothing to 'support' investment. No wonder our London Stock Market is globally ridiculed with many companies de listing and choosing to list elsewhere.
I am trying to take a position here but Lloyds/Halifax not recognising ticker? What method have others used to purchase and under what ticker/company name?
Many thanks for any help
As someone who has been here since the out set, there has been little significant movement in this SP for many trading days. According to Google these are the ten indicators of Stock Manipulation ... Helium One has many but relevant to volume being traded Price Suppression looks very likely amongst the others of the ten listed.

Yes but currently frozen a smidge under where I am trying to sell ... I will let the rest my holding ride but would like to make sure I am doing that safely so wanted to sell some but couldn't get a quote at all so I have been forced into limit order instead and now sp not budging, stuck literally a smidge under my ask
they were at that time 'sub' contracting their drilling?
high stakes indeed to sub contract anything as a then aim small player in a politically unstable country and with a potentially global resource at the end of your drill bit and ongoing pre agreed licence agreements.
this company needed fresh young legs.
we got them and goodness has she been slated.
cutting out dead wood is painful - i personally think lorna deserves a medal.
she is first and foremost a scientist who probably never ever wanted to be a ceo.
we investors have to do our own research and come to our own decisions.
i am very glad that it was not any of my own daughters that were recruited to stand by their science and be promoted to ceo to undo the failings what went before.
damned if she did snd damed did not.
she did know the helium was 'there', she was toojunior to challenge previous main board and ceo, she was recruited as potential scapegoat, she did insist on their own rig and knew that he1 were **** or bust.
i think that her bravery has been amazing ....
