Will they have any leverage over LOGP and its 20%? Hard to see LOGP directors accepting BEY shares in any takeover in those circumstances. I suppose LG and possible accomplices could do a Ryan and demand 7 odd million up front from LOGP. Also hard to see big shareholders in LOGP accepting a piffling sum of 2-3P. Someone remarked that the large shareholders' average must be around 7P but I do not know if that is accurate. EGM is taking a long time - perhaps they are waiting or hoping the Irish Government is going to make a move first!

How utterly absurd. Now the USA is fomenting unrest in the Himalayas! Dietch, there is no need to be so polite to ex-RAF and 'patriotic' Tim and his agenda-driven associates. Clearly he believes like Putin that Ukraine has no right to be an independent country. If countries like it and Georgia feel the need for NATO or EU membership that is more a reflection on the unattractiveness of Russia as a partner than it is on European or American wickedness. Free countries get to choose their own friends. When will Tim and associates vote with their feet?
