He thinks, for example, that the Russians are now winning, had therefore no need to resort to this attack on civilian infrastructure, and that the Ukrainians blew up the dam to wash away Russian defences or installations downstream and that local Ukrainians got advance warning from their compatriots before the event. He also feels that the Ukrainians did it, realising it would be easy for them to pin the blame on Russia! (Shades of Nordstream, perhaps)

That is how I see it. The success of West Kytlim is vitally important, together with the conservation of cash. People were surprised that there was still 3m in cash in last RNS. I have confidence the BoD are managing their resources, cash and otherwise, to best advantage given the events of the last 15 months.
