Are they not obliged to maximize returns over the long term for their shareholders or is there an 'ethics' clause somewhere in the small print that they cannot ignore!? Clearly LOGP will do nothing until the LU is received. That alone puts them in a better position than BEY investors who it seems may have to make decisions before it materialises and before the EGM as well, as NAH points out. Or is the issue of the LU now a certainty before EGM time? If it is true that LOGP have considerable leverage, then that will be reflected in the share price at some stage. If S. Boldy can enforce agreement that future revenue will pay our share (Pay As You Go) that would be superb. Anyone disagree? However, one would hope for greater clarity or even changes to the proposed circular explaining everything later this month.

I take it this applies in proportion to both companies and that this 'asset' should at some stage be reflected, to some degree at least, in the share price ( or offer price in the event of a sale). It is nearly 12 times the current combined capitalisation of BEY and LOGP. NorthAtlanticH, have you any further thoughts on this? if so, thanks in advance for sharing them.
