Has it occurred to anyone here that Rosnedra may have been trying to do EUA a favour rather than a disservice by asking ‘extra’ questions? There will be many officials in such state bodies who believe in life and prosperity after Putin. Q1 Will investors have enough faith to stump all of the 20m to be raised, even if the LU is not granted before the end of May?
Q2 Is it likely that 'momentum' can be maintained for two years without recourse to LG's CLN?
Q3 Two years would seem to be long enough for the BoD get alternative arrangements in place. Are there reasons why a large company might still not trust the Irish State enough, even after a LU is granted - thus making it more difficult to find a farm-in partner? Guarantees from the State against unnecessary and unjustified delays in granting further licences/permissions would be in order in that case.
