I truly believe that 99.9% of people will never have even heard of this business, or what they do, but really this has the potential to bring far, far greater returns than gambling on oil or gold.

The American market is over $100bn for this, even a tiny slice of that would be life changing.

I actually think 50m could happen much sooner than 2 years, but not through organic growth. I could definitely see a few acquisitions along the way. The interviews I've read they really want to make this a business of scale in the market place, and you wouldn't get that at say 25m mcap.

This does strike me as the perfect sort of business model for pension funds to invest in, but they wouldn't touch a company this small.

I'd think some deal where we owned 5% of 20 peoples return is far better than 100% of one person. Much better and more stable returns.

Forgive my confusion here. If we continue payments until death, this may sound like a great deal in the end, but I see increasing outgoings and potentially 1 year, 10, 20 years before the windfall arrives?? It's a big cash imbalance.

Imo yesterday demonstrated a clean day with no downwards pressure from large sellers.

Hoping for a few more clean days in the future.

All things considered, this is still holding ground with all these larger holders selling down in recent weeks.

Should help with liquidity, and hopefully if they do a trading overview or interview etc talking about cashflow in coming couple of weeks should massively boost this.

You can be certain here though that bod is aligned with shareholders, as I think between them they are around 50%. So they will be doing whatever they need to in order to boost production. Where else will you find a £4m copper producer on aim?!

In August 2018, agreement reached to redeem certain outstanding convertible loan notes on a staged basis and £2.4m (gross) fundraise via accelerated exercise of certain outstanding warrants and a subscription and debt rescheduling completed to provide additional working capital headroom. Basically as I see it in a nutshell, great investment to 4p area, 4p to 10p possible only after they have invested in renovation to reduce downtime. Which they will *not* be placing for. So unlikely until early next year to see results. I'm just here for the bounce to 3-4p though.

Read the full results rns including the post period end fund raise. Their loss figure included production only being open for 3 months.

Oh, I see Penmin are a trading company to enable Cra ceo Kevin van Wouw to hold the shares. Can't see any big dilutions coming when the big boss owns 41%

A producing mining company about to turn profitable, with only 276m shares tells me these guys at least have a basic grasp of controlling costs. Most aim miners by this point would be in the billions of shares. Also, 58% or thereabouts in public hands, 41% held by Penmin. Who are these guys?

City Financial Investment Company Limited, who previously held 12.57% of this company and, through selling, drove it down to this silly price have today issued the TR1, which for some reason is not showing here.

A distressed seller is out, so naturally this should rise now.

Just purely looking at the chart and the last RNS, this should easily bounce back to 3p. IMO.

So just a very quick google search

Bellzone’s flagship Kalia Iron Project has achieved its maiden inferred JORC of 2.4 Billion tonnes. Preliminary Whittle pit optimisation and continued drilling have shown the potential for a 14 Billion tonne resource over the 40 km Banded Iron strike.

Spot price of Iron Ore is around $70 a dry tonne.

JORC standard resources include diluting materials, in which case the actual recoverable amount could be a lot less. But hypothetically, lets say worst case scenario 2bn tonnes. recoverable. That's a hell of a lot more than a £4m mcap.

The key things to take away here are that BZM have a very substantial JORC standard resource identified. It's not like some tin pot oil company that may or may not have anything. This has been cash starved for a very long time, god only knows why. But something has to change here or Hudson will effectively lose the vast majority of their investment as BZM assets would go in a fire sale for anyone prepared to wait the 5+ years to start the whole ratification process again.

They clearly have someone in mind to step in here imo, other than Hudson.
