Yes, you are right I was going the wrong way. Trying to get my head around time zones. Say the Indian courts open 9am, thats earliest say 3pm gmt tomorrow. Meaning potentially an rns after the close tomorrow, if not then Friday morning. With asx opening as normal Sunday night.

The key will be to watch the ASX overnight/ early hours. The ASX suspends if someone sneezes, but only (in my experience) on good news. If that is suspended and not reopened before ASX close of play and no RNS in the morning here it will be very interesting.

I've kept half as cash, depending on the outcome. So if this is suspended from the start and opens up say 0.5 I'll be topping up.

I'm still of the opinion that there is a fair chance the outcome will be known even before 7am.

The volume has been great for clearing them. Also giving a huge boost tomorrow (if good news) as if we needed it once they are gone.

Has there been any discussion of who the likely farm in partner would be?

I imagine they are already in ongoing early discussions with people, pending the legal outcome

The 2m / 2.5m seller has been the last placing shares clearing I believe.

Chances are this will be in the local india press long before 7am tomorrow UK time.

Bear in mind their 5pm day ends around 11am uk time.

I'd really love this to bounce before news, but I really can't see that happening.

Bear in mind as well, there could be a time lag from India to RNS here with the outcome. So I'd say if you are on the sidelines and are probably buying, today is the day to get in before news.

I'd agree wit h the earlier sentiment, this is the share most likely to flow naturally upwards on AIM in the next few days. Pretty low risk way of making money here imo.

Plan B will presumably be to strongly encourage our useless partner to sell their 55%. Thus profiting at our expense, but still it means the project can move forwards.

Oex on Asx closed 33% up last night. Which is all relative with volumes, but good to see anyway

What would be the sp impact on an outcome where we don't get any more than 45%, but the judge orders gspc to cough up the $3m? Is that even a viable outcome? As we'd just go straight back to court when they don't pay.

$5.5m a judge would be highly unprofessional to let them keep their part of the field with them not paying their side.

$1.2l9m in cash, no payments from gspc. Its a strong case based on that, and the cask levels are reassuring.

Just for the sake of clarity, the verdict is expected before end of Friday and can occur on any day or time this week.
