We are looking to form a register of interested shareholders who would be open to the progression of a reverse takeover of a natural resource asset of scale onto this shell.

At this stage we are simply looking to see what shareholder support we could potentially call upon to help the development of the project we are looking to put in place.

The project we have is a substantial natural resource asset that would have an industry respected management team on the board.

All emails and details will be held in strict confidence. Merely an indication of shareholding size and email details will suffice at this stage.

MUBL have sent a circular to shareholders raising a proposal to RTO from a cash shell into a "sizeable natural resource". I can't see anyone objecting... Which means mega boom. Anyone unsure just look up #mubl twitter,

There is an RTO in the making.... High risk, potentially high reward.

During which time someone would be brought on board to take this one, meaning mega boom.

This is basically very undervalued so far, considering the amount of drilling that has already occurred. Probably should be nearer 0.3 now. Can you imagine them moving a whole load into inferred and this remaining around £8m mcap? Would be insane when this stuff is probably worth at least £1bn.

You have to bear in mind as well, they will be acutely aware that they would need a strong commercial partner to see this through into production. Which they may be having ongoing discussions about already. Any hint of that in SS results RNS and I'd think nearer 0.6p

People are going to get a wake up call when this opens at 0.3 on SS drop day.

Looking like an exciting start to the week. An excellent investment opportunity, and I'd be very surprised if we get the ss and don't end the week on 0.3 at least!

200m mcap just on jv? Not even a Jorc or drills in place? No chance In the future maybe, but you are a very, very long way out there on your calcs.

He's basing it presumably on a jv simultaneously being announced. Where there is not even a hint of just yet. Imo 2p short term target on ratification no jv

"There is a mutual desire to complete the ratification process" Excellent to hear this. After ratification occurs, which hopefully we're talking weeks, this could easily be a 10m mcap company imo.

I'd say so, plus quite a low volume day. But fundamentally things have changed here, and I would expect soon the market to adjust to the fact Clon can now bring something to the table.

Because anecdotally it takes something like 2.5 x placing volume to clear it, and I think we should presume that was part of it.

The average buys yesterday and today after the second RNS are over 500k. The average sells are definitely less than 500k, and yet the price is dipping. So some massive buying in the background I think?

They could have taken a lot more in placement. It tells me they are working on something...

50p.... Seriously unlikely imo, but not impossible. That would put them at 900m mcap. Which on say 300m of recurring contracts with a decent P/E would not be impossible.
