Forgive my basic question here. Do Ebioss own 50.5% of EQT shares? If so you'd this would be tracking their share price fairly closely?

There are friendly times for banter, when the markets are closed maybe. But if everyone did it on every share, we'll, you see the potential problem. Would be like advfn. Lol.

No offence, but if there was more substance to these rumours you'd think the city boys would be all over this. Which would mean the price should be going up now...

My thoughts here, rather than focusing on the price, or what it was a few weeks ago, the mcap seems to be easily justified by what is going on here. So I may stay to 12p, maybe 15p after that I'd need to see overall trends and volume as we're starting to look high then? Or not?

I think he'd get a lot of objections from the locked in parties for it killing liquidity, not to mention it being against the rules for a full listed company.

A good start here, made a nice chunk not currently holding, I'll keep an eye on this for when their funding issues are resolved. Might as well buy on known good news and miss out on a bit then sit waiting right?

What will be interesting here, Funds and ii cannot buy into this yet due to the MCAP (typically not allowed to buy into things less than £50m mcap). However, from 28th the will be climbing ontop of each other to get in here due to the dividends and share growth potential.

I've seen calcs elsewhere that the free float will be 30%, of which a number of Pi's will already be in sticky hands, So this is certainly a great investment for say 1 month hold minimum.

Just thinking out loud here. Say this went to £1 per share for easy maths. That's £25m added onto whatever the A class shares are valued at. I've been thinking all this time that the B class shares would reflect the total value of the company, but this isn't actually the case. Its just added on post approval to whatever the estimated value of the A shares is. Some have said around 300m. But 300m and 325m is not a huge difference at that end. Its a 5 bagger this side going to £1.

Realistically this company is currently trading below the estimated market price post share allocation, Imo around 30p. So a good bet compared to most for monday morning to at least make a bit of money. But I'd say be very cautious buying over 40p.

Is that pre or post consolidation? I. E. £2.50 post consolidation is easily achieved. £25 after dust settles is one hell of a leap into what £6bn+ Would be something like a 20 bagger

Personally I think sensible fair value here should be 30p. Up to 50p possible, but beyond that is over valuing our equity stake Imo.

Band if any of those about yo be locked in want any more shares, only one place to get them... And the price here is still low.

I'd agree with your valuation. Looking at media monk roughly 25m ebitda, so a roughly 6 x valuation seems about right as a starting point.

I guess a different way of looking at this, this will be a large enough company, with a steady hand on the ship that large funds will be looking to buy in. Given his track record for growth.

Where will they get these shares from? As the vast bulk of the free float is PIs like us who hold now.

All very confusing trying to read through that HUGE prospectus. From what I can tell, current DERR shareholders will not suddenly win the jackpot when the RTO happens. It will be how the market values the potential for what he's trying to achieve that will potentially make the difference. Plus the fact the free float will be around 15-20% imo.
