What are your thoughts on this one guys? Entirely binary, but I'm thinking there will be a lot of money sitting on the sidelines?

I've put in about 50% of what I might ultimately. Enough to be a pain if it drops down the pan, but enough to make a difference if it booms.

New to this. But to clarify something, if the ruling doesn't go in OEX favour they still have 45% of a valuable asset that they can sell right? I.e. something underpinning the price.

It's not that they didn't see it was missing... I suspect they have known all year that they've had an increasing receivables balance (which goes hand in hand with reviewing bad debt provisions). It's only now they've acknowledged they need to do an adjustment because it's grown too large to hide anywhere (with other adjustments rather than anything really dodgy I mean).

It's a standard accounting job to review debtor days, so either a lot of people were incompetent, or they've seen it building for a long time and the previous CFO was not prepared to make the accounting adjustment public.

I'm still firmly of the opinion this should cross £5 before end of December.

I hope there's not a load of people coming home now to check on shares and realised they've been closed at a silly stop loss.

Suspending this would have far more negative reputational damage than the perceived benefits.

I honestly seriously doubt the bod will buy and shares for a while. It would seem to many to be profiting from a mess they should have forseen.

I'd say they have no choice but to cancel the dividend, which I imagine is definitely already factored in for most people.

Given the cash in bank, the lack of debt, I'd absolutely agree and say that large holders making significant buys to average down will be seen over the next week. Strong buy to say £2.50.

Their full production would produce revenue *each month* almost as high as the current MCAP!?

This was 2p less than a month ago and now we have funding to do maintenance and get this back to double figures!

Your thoughts ladies and gents on here, I've heard in a few interviews they say how the life settlement industry is non-market correlated, In that it's a certainly you will get money, it's just a question of when. And this is used as a plus to buy ALGW.

However, we are buying ALGW shares, not trading assets on an exchange. So my thinking is that excluding any news, the wider market ups and downs will effect ALGW shares as much as any?

I do appreciate that, but for all we know that contract could be a month away.

What I'm saying is what is happening today is nothing exciting. Contract news is obviously going to change things.

Realistically, this was just a tad over this last Thursday. It's not really anything to get excited about.

I'd say "going crazy" is 30% up in the day etc. One funny sell and this could be 5% down.

I was in this share a few weeks back, remind me, aside from BZM reminding Hudson they could lose their investment without sorting funding, is there another reason to invest beyond this simply returning to 0.6p?
