To be honest I was interested in the asx movements until I realised how stupid they are. Dropped massively last night on one $40 sale. Best to completely ignore the asx!!

The main thing though Gordon is that the money would be sitting with the arbitration board, and everyone knows the money is ours. From what I gather legally it is relatively simple to reclaim that.

Was what, 1.4p? That's before a fully committed JV partner btw.

In the meantime however, if that were the case, we'd get $3m odd in cash back very soon. Which would be huge here.

Essentially that's correct.

Basically it is a win:win for us. The worst case scenario is getting the monies off GSPC (huge money for us), but keeping them on as our JV partner after arbitration.

A negative for you; if you are not patient to wait 2 weeks for a boom then this is not the share for you.

You'd think getting approx 60% of mcap back in cash, or 100% control of a $200m mine would be pushing this much higher!

I was saying yesterday there are no certainties. But I've now done my second (and final) top up here. Confident we'll see a great bounce today and over this week.
