How long will GSPC wish to remain in arbitration?
What are the chances of them losing the £3m AND cambay.

I'm not knowledgeable at all on the arbitration process to know at what stage OEX can actually get their hands on that money. Could that be days? Weeks? A few months?

It is a gamble indeed if GSPC are going into arbitrations knowing they may lose Cambay and still have to hand over millions.

Personally I think they will drag on arbitrations, dispute every penny of the amount they've deposited, and drag their heels over future work. As they have always done.

I absolutely agree 100% that OEX have handled this badly. I said earlier they *really* needed to wait until tomorrow to get the court ruling before issuing an RNS.

They'll be sitting down tomorrow hearing the court information over exactly what has been lodged, what guarantees are in place.

Why, why why not just wait until you know 100% of the facts before issuing an RNS!?!?

If they had to issue an RNS it should have been a speeding ticket reminding people that as far as they know there has been no decision by the court.

I think for something like this oex really should wait until tomorrow for court instruction on whether the funds were received

I was thinking this as well, but bear in mind that lodging the bank guarantee part would have to be done whilst the court was open, and BOTH are required.

That's quite misleading. IF GSPC do stump up the cash, and go into arbitration this would probably settle around 0.5p imo.

It's been NT to sell for about 15 mins for any decent amounts, which seems to have ended now. So fingers crossed should tick up again.

I think if you factor in share issues 3p is the new 14p.

If we presume the deadline is local time, then by this afternoon we will know if money has been lodged with court whilst courts are open. If they deposit evening local time we will get an rns tomorrow morning most likely.

I'm guessing at least half those marked as sells today are actually buys. I know certainly one is.

Purely from a charting point of view, you'd expected this to bounce if it can hold say 3.08.

In my mind the judge's decision over the deadline was set in stone. That arbitration could not be delayed any longer. Now I'm not so sure.

Just to clarify their clarification, they've been trying to dispute a lot of what they owe for the last 4 years.

So about £200k went down as delayed buys the other evening into this. Any thoughts?
