My reading of the info you quoted petro is that they are already in advanced discussions to farm in a third party who will provide funding. I.e. non dilutive.
Stuff like this is why I stopped trading on the uk markets. Take this exact company and stick it in the nasdaq, price would be 10 x higher. Instead you guys blowing your load each time you see 20%
I would say it's still the value that *you* bought at compared to sale price. The complication would be if they issued us B shares relisting (for want of a better name) and cancelled the old. In which case you have the capital loss on the old to offset.
