Barrels achieved when they drill Q4 I think? Seems a good deal, but as ever timing is everything
Really, tpi cancelled it? You sure about that, lol. How are you reading that from the Rns
"the Placing has now been terminated in accordance with the terms of the placing agreement between the Company and TPI"
Tpi lose massively. It was Tomco that cancelled
.
Looking great for a great run here, end of june only 7 trading days
I did bag on this earlier btw. Could've made another 50% ontop. But I had no clue about the business and it cleared all my losses of recent weeks in one trade.
Anyhow, wish everyone here luck for next week, and top skim capital out when you can.
I still dont understand exactly how the bod were able to cancel their broker providing shares. You'd think tpi would be able to sue them!?
Personally I see a placing mondsy morning of say £500k. Presumably af a higher price than 0.4. But not much higher.
Bear in mind they *have* to raise around 1.5m to pay their part of the drilling costs for Q4. So the placing is only a matter of timing.
@flava. What is expected next week?
60p I imagine after dilutions thats got to be substantially lower in today's shares in issue?
Basically mrnation they looked to be doing a substantial capital raise. An unknown quantity was naked forward sold, but it was not authorised and was cancelled. So they need to buy back the shares.
In addition, there was a great joint venture announced today
What we're likely to see is TP only launching into buys once they are certain there is no other choice.
With new if I remember correctly the entire free float of the company was traded 30 times over, in volume. That's the problem with trying to sort this out in the open market it becomes ones hell of a feeding frenzy
I'm not so sure about a sneaky placing. The amount was around 35m I think I read, which is a large % of the shares here, if the whole if it was forward sold thats not something you can replace quickly. Especially when they confirmed it wasn't needed now. I bet they are begging them to place right now though :D
True new world oil and gas was a complete joke. However I made almost a year salary in a few days back then lol.
Some valid points there, but I dont buy that the tribes haven't had time to plan ahead. They've had 3 years to build / buy into sports betting app companies. If they've just sat lazy for 3 years they can't complain really.
It was very poorly worded law the first time the Senate put in that allowed effectively a monopoly by the tribes in the first place.
Nah shell or BP pick up this company for a wad of cash long before
Do the licenses increase in value once the state opens up?
Exactly. You can read their intent. Buyout webis nov/ dec
I'd be surprised if this doesn't touch 5p at some point before close tomorrow
A big part of the disagreement here is over the card rooms, which generate only 20% etc (or less) of revenue compared to the tribes.
This bill amendment should've shafted the card rooms but forced the tribes to accept immediate implementation of online sports betting.
Would pass then imo.
