Do we have any numbers on this?
Sorry to hear about your friend airlineboy
Not to mention selling to other countries, or the public...
Hopefully this has a solid floor at 9.8 / 10p
Show me one pharma/ biotech company that is ever valued based on revenue in the early stages? If this were it would be sitting nearer 500k mcap Haha.
You are right, there's a logical balance point somewhere.
I do know if this were nasdaq listed it would probably be at least 50m mcap.
With the director share options vesting around 50p, and a direct message of exponential growth, it should be pretty clear where this is going now.
In fairness this has spent years around 5p. A lot of pi would be taking profits. But every one that sells being replaced by a holder at 15p+ etc.
Depends. They could do any of a few combinations. All share, all cash, or something in between.
All cash means special huge dividend but our shares become worthless.
All share they decide a suitable conversion. Example 1 new share per 100 iqai.
Or something inbetween.
Basically, considering this is fda approved (north America), if this were Nasdaq listed instead it would easily be worth $100m now.
I forget the exact name, but I think someone suggested Regeneron Pharmaceutical yesterday
They don't mean anything at all. Just market makers balancing the books. Can ignore
I'd say if we can close above 17 on a day when the ftse is down it's a good day!
I think we are seeing a very gradual shift from pi to ii since yesterday lunch.
I was just number crunching from the Rns
Someone correct me if I'm wrong on anything here. £2k to £3k per person. 2bn people. Theoretically £6tn market. Obviously we would sell our products substantially cheaper.
We are the market leaders and have any competition??
And people are selling for peanuts!? :D
Also, you have to remember because this is only about 50% free float it's much less likely they will rip everyone off with a stupidly low placing price. The ii would sure have strong words if they did...
I may be wrong, but if they a strong sales pipeline they would be very silly to raise just on FDA approval. Much better to wait until a decent order is made
All this time waiting for fda approval I am certain they must have some big deals lined up already
@rob
NYCt went well over £100m before seeing any real profits
I'd say 0.1 is the target here. If I understand the maths correctly
I'm confused when is the deadline for shorecan now.?
I thought it was 4th Aug, but they resolved dispute then, are we awaiting some further deadline?
