Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Is it just me thinking they must be approaching this all wrong? I don't play cards at casinos or bet on sports online. But I'm guessing the vast majority of people will do one or the other?
The tribes are afraid people won't go to bricks and mortar. Imo the people who currently go like those sites and that shouldn't change.
In the meantime they are blocking the 85% of online gaming....
Amni right in thinking the vote is after close of trading tomorrow?
People tend to be more talkative when they can move money around. Not much of that going on last few trading days, pretty dire out there
A counter suggestion here. Apps like these need to be tested in public environments. If there is not public news about testing for other companies, then either we don't know it yet or this us the only one. Food for thought.
* non listed as in only over the counter trading etc
There is risk still. That he could get to 29.9% and hold that, in a non listed public company.
Ok I'll put a different way. 52 week high a good 5 bags from here, cash value is around 1p roughly. Either way a bag from here.
The question then is whether he doesn't intend to take it private as that is the biggest risk?
Am I right in thinking this us a guaranteed minimum bag from here, as he can't really make an offer less than the cash right?
I only very basically understand what this app does, but the license potential to all sorts of companies is enormous. If say the likes of the biggest supermarkets insisted in company policy their staff used this app, that alone would probably justify this mcap.
To be fair a speeding ticket probably is needed. But if we stick to 49.99% every day I'm good with that! Haha
So I think Indian side is 6 x larger than card room, and together both make up only 15% of estimated potential including online.
Wasn't expecting no comments on support. If they flipped their position on the card rooms and just took out that protection in law I reckon the tribes would all be on board
Dodd list soon to start
It's well down on the list for today, nothing for at least 2 hours imo.
Definitely binary here. Either open up around 1.5p or 4p imo.
We already have the license for California I believe? Bear in mind we have around £2m cash I think.
Wondering the same myself. I do know this will list fully on the Nasdaq, but presumably after Nov vote. Gan has 10 bagged I believe since they shifted to Nasdaq.
It won't be 16 days. The whole point of them bringing the vote forward was to catch out the tribes imo. Besides their legislative book closes on 19th (9 working days from now) and they will need things sorted long before then.
I believe its 1:30pm on the list, so around 21:30 tomorrow night, to start.
So my understanding here is that the Senate committee already voted 9 to 3 (75%) to approve the bill at the time. Since then I believe did gas thrown in a few more concessions. Meaning the tribal argument is largely unchanged.
If they replicate that vote on tuesday it's a done deal (as they need 67%).
