Some discussion on ADVFN about there *potentially* being a mcap nearer £70m here, with decent earnings and a peer appropriate P/E multiple.

Which as we know rarely means anything. I'm curious to hear your thoughts?

That is curious... Not seen that ever happen before, without an obvious reason for buying pressure.

Am I right in thinking there are 3 outcomes here 1. Oex get 100%, very quickly 2. Oex get the cash owed, maybe not so quick 3. Ruling is delayed, a bad outcome compared to above two, but not an overnight disaster. Is there a 4th one?

It would explain why the price was held down most of the day if a sell.

Are they waiting for takeover panel to issue results?

If she takes over 50% of this, I'd expect a major acquisition, rto or other deal within a matter of months. Its why she would take so much of a company like this.

I like seeing this described as an investment vehicle.

Holds steady, slight dip, then explodes. Pattern of last couple of weeks, and yesterday as well. I'm thinking this will close at say 13 today.

I imagine companies with a high PE In this sector are likely valued most likely because of anticipated cashflow potential. I.e. you don't value an oil drill based on current cashflow. But at the same time, the likes of OCADO would be historic growth potential and I think looking at their accounts they have some massive impairment write downs. I've not seen a company with such a mcap off no real gross profit before.

I would say a PE of 30 seems quite steep. But clearly Vin has not taken an interest in a 1m turnover company, she will want substantially higher revenue than that. Which (presumably after dilution to raise the paper to acquire something) could still see this near £1 one day.

Basically, as it stands there is very little here to warrant her interest or involvement. The key words being as it stands.... If she takes control, bundles a few companies together and sells off any imtk stuff she doesn't want. Boom

I think a 10m odd mcap would be cheap, depending on what they can get. A 3m mcap perhaps is much more likely.

With the right assets this could 10 bag and still be cheap!
