I think you're missing the fundamental point of economics here Riz. Almost no companies are actually valued exactly at what their assets are worth. In our case there are a few physical assets and a few bits of paper.
Everything else, as with every other company around the world, is valued at whatever a company is willing to pay.
No offence, but unless you are a world class geologist who has access to all the technical data you have absolutely no clue what the value in the ground is. So to say you "know" the fair value is just nonsense.
