My uncle held shares in a private windfarm company for years and made quite a bit off them. They are certainly not worth nothing! Maybe it's just the ones you hold that are :P (being cheeky) Anyhow, this is an academic discussion, as until we hear otherwise it's safe to presume this will relist as planned.

I think you can normally trade shares in a private company in an OTC transaction, (pink sheets)??

The placees (excluding rp) must be in the know about something here, as this has held up incredibly well against any forward selling. Which makes me think there isn't any!?

To be honest in a years time I could see bob as chairman, rp gone, all current pcge assets disposed of and a brand new focus.

If this is an rto of gbx, or even hints at such a thing, this will explode here... Which is not impossible, with them both being Gibraltar incorporated. But also with the obvious board links.

If he has unpublished company making news that is already finalised, then yes this would be insider trading. If it's not yet finalised then it's a bit cheeky, but all legal. (imo)

If he announced good news (but not great) on a deal, but also announced the placing to pay for it, this wouldn't rocket much at all. This was for the best, the order of events.
