As far as I can tell the relevant equivalent today is in the region of 70-75p per share? Which was (in theory) exactly the same position as we are today.... Well, less about £20m cash.

No idea on the value in ground, but it just shows how crazy the mcap is here. A jorc value should be taken into account lot more due to its official classification. I'd say 10m would be a much better value than 34m at this time.

Massively undervalued on this. Should easily clear £2 today imo.

This could and should go a lot higher. cash is king, but the share of the building/ refit contract should alone have rerated this.
