It could equally means there is a perfectly good reason that is not yet solid enough for disclosure. As Ogm says, they ARE in discussions. Which itself has warranted a substantial rise.

We hold 41% in a company that (until we hear otherwise) is on course to start making $780M+ revenue as of yesterday, over the next 5 years. This means Yolo is generating revenue that should at some point be paid back to our company through a dividend. And people still think this is worth less than £4m!?!?!?!?

Rto would be a lot simpler, quicker and I reckon would save them a lot of money if they bought us.

The question to ask at the moment is if you feel the potential here is worth more than the current mcap. If this sells badly (I don't think it will), that would still be 40% of a *lot* of money, relative the the current mcap!!

It's easier to have bargaining power if you own a chunk of the business... That way whoever does the winning solution will make the most return maybe?

Cheers for the update. Given the mcap here, what would you all think would be of significance to shareholders here. Being realistic. Some might say something giving say a 100k per annum net profit would be significant. Others might say £500k So I'm curious.
