The board have done exactly what's required of them in terms of letting shareholders know the exact situation as it stands right now. They are obliged to let us know if our capital is in any risk. For all they know a contract may fall through at the last minute, so it's important to report it as they see it. Just my thoughts anyway.

They need an immediate source of refinancing, Any other good news like a contract win can wait a little longer (hopefully not much longer).

If you look on the one year chart, it went from 0.003 to 2p in a few days. Not exactly sure why the currency change made such a difference. A guy can dream though.

Are funds released for councils on day 1 of the 2015 budgets then? I could understand councils not announcing anything until april 6th.

Just looking around at what councils are investing in this tech, it's seriously big money, if we could win a contract worth even a third of these would be huge: Bolton £10m Reading/Wokingham/Slough £27m Devon £10.2m Glasgow £6.3m The Green Investment Bank has millions set aside for exactly this sort of thing.
