Quite incredible that this is barely trading over cash!

On one of the links I posted yesterday night, admittedly only someone's opinion but they reckoned if this ipo 'd in USA now it would have an opening mcap of $50m. Puts things into perspective right!

It is also worth pointing out that presuming it gets voted in, on Monday this will be called on-line blockchain. which is huge if only for the media attention. When they announced this in October, on no other news the share price went up 400%!?? Of course it was grossly undervalued then.

A social cryptocurrency tie in with facebook would 10bag this overnight, lol.

I'd be happier if it was through facebook or twitter. ;)

I'm going to conservatively say a rise to £1.60, close at £1.35

Looks to me if you backtrack on the chart that Plus1 started trading at some point yesterday, which could well have been after markets closed here in uk.

As an aside, the trades in that link, is Plus1 in itself a good thing to invest in? As it's newly launched.

That would be approx 7.5m shares at 30p. Valuing the company at 2.3m.... They anticipate nearer 14m. Even allowing for them being overly enthusiastic that's a massive difference. I'm inclined to believe over £1 before it sees 30p

Would they not have just said 10m raised now then on the admission doc? They need shareholder approval. And coming to them for money twice for the same rto would be very strange. Someone was saying earlier the placing shares are locked in? Is that the last placing or this one?

£1.3m at 30p is 4.3m shares to issue Add to 3m existing. Admission doc says implied market value of £14.5m Gives net (undiluted) implied value of 1.98 per share? Amp right?

What is the free float right now though? I read it was around 57% in public hands. 57% of 3m
